The Opportunity

Based in Jolimont and reporting to the Accounts Payable Lead as part of a wider Finance team, this position is responsible for providing efficient and effective collection services and advice resulting in reduced outstanding invoice numbers and values.

Primary responsibilities include:
Processing of creditors invoices in a timely manner and in compliance with agreed budgets and client guidelines
Resolving of discrepancies in invoicing and purchase orders
Introducing new suppliers into the system, update data as required and evaluate performance
Performing regular reconciliations of supplier statements

About You
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:

A can do, positive attitude and friendly manner, able to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive and supportive team
Proven Accounts Payable skills and experience, ideally within the professional services or construction industries, working with large and complex clients
Ability to persuade and persevere without resulting in conflict
