An excellent opportunity has become available for a
Corporate Services & Facilities Coordinator to join our Sydney client office team


The Corporate Services Coordinator is responsible for arranging and delivering a diverse range of Workplace Services ensuring exceptional customer service and high standards of performance.

No two days are the same

Your previous experience will ensure the highest levels of client service, facility management and general presentation are delivered.


The Role

  • An exciting opportunity to join a Financial Services Leader based in Sydney CBD
  • Your days will be diverse, challenging and rewarding

Responsibilities, however, not limited to:


  • Manage a highvolume front desk for multiple clients each day
  • Be the key point of contact for facilities within the portfolio
  • Implement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Assist with general guest services and requests
  • Support the Venue Manager with training and rostering of casual staff members
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating department intranet
  • Responsible for updating new Signbase signatory paperwork
  • Arrange Travel Bookings for departments with no authorised Travel Booker
  • General office administration for the wider team
  • Open and Close procedures, distribution of daily mail, arranging stationery, kitchen supplies

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • A proactive attitude with good verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
  • An ability to manage multiple tasks & projects
  • Previous facilities experience in a corporate office setting preferably within the banking and financial services or professional services sector
  • Wellpresented and a team player
  • Must be Permanent Resident
