About the role

In this newly created role as a
Digital Growth Marketing Manager - Performance Media in our Brand & Growth Marketing team, you will draw on your extensive experience in leading high performing teams and managing performance media channels to develop data-driven performance media strategies to maximise customer growth outcomes across the full customer journey.


You will be responsible for planning and optimising performance media, leverage marketing and advertising technology, and developing relationships with key vendors including media agencies.


Key accountabilities will include:

  • Identify, shape, plan, execute and test new and favourable customer growth opportunities across performance media channels
  • Manage key vendor relationships including media agencies to ensure prudent strategic, fiscal and operational performance against agreed service levels
  • Manage performance media budget towards key financial requirements and success measures

About you


With an agency background or a similar inhouse role, you'll be continuously looking at how to innovate and optimise, using data led insights, technology and digital media channels.

You have a passion for digital growth marketing and a desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.

You use your excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate with and motivate cross functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.

Furthermore, your skills and qualifications may include the following:


  • Proven experience leading a full funnel performance media strategy delivering to customer acquisition and retention outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience across digital advertising products, including but not limited to Search, Social, Display and Affiliates
  • Demonstrated experience using marketing and advertising technology (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Customer Data Platforms)
  • Demonstrated experience using analytics platforms and datadriven insight techniques to plan, deliver and measure performance media activities
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets
  • Experience in forecasting and financial benefit modelling
