ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION
Full Time - Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week

Location - Work from home or Head Office


Job Brief
***We are looking for an Account Manager to maintain + create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients and serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.


What is required by a miStable Account Manager?
***Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and meeting regularly with your team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.


The Account Manager is responsible for the overall management of onboarding new business or new products to existing customers in a quick and timely manner.

This includes sign up, account establishment and training.


In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal staff and teams (including Management, IT, Customer Service and Accounts) to enhance the entire customer experience.

This job is suited to someone who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant must have excellent organisation skills, communication skills and the capacity to manage several tasks or requests simultaneously.

Other skills such as being professional and exceptional with time management are also essential.

If the position is to be taken up remotely, you must be self motivated and disciplined.


Key duties include:


  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Overseeing customer account management, including account creation, establishment and training
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships
  • Attract new business and identify new business opportunities among existing customers to maximise profits
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Collaborate with the miStable team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and crosssell to clients
  • Assist with social media management and content creation

The successful applicant should have:


  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Solid experience with computers
  • Google Suite essential. WordPress, Slack, JIRA and Canva an advantage
  • Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Education/Training: Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Position Details:

**The Account Manager position being offered is a full time position based on 38 hours per week and can be fulfilled remotely.

A salary package will be determined upon the successful applicant's qualifications and experience.
