Do Work that Matters
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us via phone.
You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.
This is a fast paced, phone based role and you will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:- Concierge and welcome calls
- Missed payments and earlyintervention collections
- Simple customer service enquiries

- We currently have Casual positions available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 7pm AWST. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office

Hours and training
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:
- Available to work a minimum 15 hours per week, split over 3 shifts
- Available to work a shift on every Monday and Friday
- Available to work from the Perth office, 300 Murray Street, once a fortnight
- Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
- Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training, at 15 hours per week for 4 weeks
- Training will be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 11.00am 4.00pm
- Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period
- Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career
