    Description
    Purpose of PositionCASETi FY is one of the leading global lifestyle brands to offer customizable tech accessories.

    With our recent accelerating growth in Australia, the role is responsible to further drive growth in sales and in retail expansion.

    He/she will have P&L and operational responsibility in addition to leading partnerships and marketing.
    Job DescriptionEmpower CASETi FY to grow 10x in 4 yearsDevelop and execute strategies to elevate CASETi FY's brand to a household brand and be loved by millions in AustraliaIdentify and develop growth strategies including but not limited to key partnerships for collabs and growing the retail and wholesales businesses to drive a 9-figure sales goalTest and scale other world-wide and country specific business initiatives such as our own retail storeManage all country specific operations including but not limited to design, marketing, operations, finance and retail operationsRecruit, grow, mentor and operate the regional teams to achieve sales & business objectivesInitiate and drive country specific products/projects, establish frameworks to evaluate the results and proactively take necessary actionsCollaborate with HQ team on executing world-wide collaborationPromote CASETi FY's culture and strive to create the best-in-class employee experience and regional office operational standardsRequirementWorked as a leader in a remote working environmentExperience in building, managing and leading multiple functional unitsSuccessfully managed P&L over millions of USDNumber-oriented with an aptitude in decision making, problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinkingEvangelist and partitioner of using decision-making frameworks and standard operating procedures to communicate and drive business outcomesStrong marketing and business background, with an eye for designA change maker with the ability to inspire and executePassionate about growing as a teamExcellent interpersonal and public speaking skillsExperience with Direct-To-Consumer startups and acquisitions from both side of the table are big plus#HKAU#J-18808-Ljbffr
