Country Sales Manager - Ipsotek (Computer Vision)


Eviden's (an Atos Business) Big Data and Security (BDS) division is looking for an organised, efficient Country Sales Manager - Ipsotek (Computer Vision) to be responsible for business development activities to gain and retain corporate clients for our Computer Vision solution.

The role will be located in Australia, preferably Sydney or Melbourne, reporting to the Sales Director APAC, Ipsotek Pte. Ltd in Singapore, with local reporting to the Head of Big Data and Security ANZ.

Main responsibilities


As a Country Sales Manager - Ipsotek (Computer Vision), you are responsible for the generation of leads and meeting sales goals selling the Ipsotek (Computer Vision) solution across existing and new clients.


Previous experience in a senior, sales, business development or senior management role in the security and surveillance industry is essential.

Building relationships, strong attitude at team working, good listening skills, entrepreneurship and discovering new leads are also key for you to be successful in this role.


Key responsibilities include:

Develop and deliver a business plan for driving sales from new and existing channel partners.
Increase qualified sales pipeline to support new revenues of circa US$2M in FY 2024.
Own the sales cycle from Identification through Qualification to closing.
Collaborate with Eviden BDS staff to win new business in key vertical sectors.

Develop relationships with key end user accounts and implement an education strategy around AI Computer Vision for C-level and other decision makers.

Maintain internal CRM records using SUGAR and other company created tools.
Produce professional documentation using existing templates to support bid submissions.
Work closely with the UK based Global Presales manager to review RFI's, RFP's, RFQ's, and other tender related documents.
Participate in channel partner events across Australia.

Expectations of the role


You will be expected to perform the following:
Timely response to customer enquiries including but not limited to Request for Quotes/Proposal/Tenders
Accurate sales revenue forecasting & reporting
At all times represent Ipsotek and Eviden with a high degree of integrity and professionalism

Develop strong business relationships within the various decision-makers and influencers at all levels at each target account

Desired knowledge and skills

Proven record of B2B sales success with 10+ years of work experience in a senior, sales, business development or senior management role, in the security and surveillance industry
Comfortable working in a multi-tasking environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experienced in using MS Office 36- Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Project, and Visio
Emotional intelligence to build and manage strong customer relationships
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken are required.
Team player as well as a self-starter
You are flexible, positive minded, pro-active and eager to learn and develop
Strong interest and desire to work in the area of Computer Vision
Ability to learn and adapt to new marketing needs & strategies

Education-Certifications

Degree or equivalent business experience
