Description

We require an experienced senior software engineer with expertise in the development of a range of software products utilising AI, and core programming language and understands the nuances of the PaaS, SaaS and the start-up industry.

Key Responsibilities:


Your role will involve:

• Driving the disciplined execution of the software development lifecycle, from roadmap planning to rigorous testing regimes, using C#,.NET, SQL, and Azure.
• Conducting indepth research, analysis, and evaluation to address technical requirements for both new and existing product launches, focusing on solutions leveraging C#,.NET, SQL, and Azure.
• Leading efforts in testing, debugging, and optimizing code to ensure robustness, reliability, and performance, particularly in C#,.NET, and SQL environments.
• Taking ownership of code quality and integrity, actively contributing to the development and maintenance of missioncritical systems.
• Providing strategic insights and technical direction to inform the

- development of innovative new products and features.

• Overseeing complex software engineering projects and leading project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives while utilizing strong leadership and project management skills to manage other software engineering or product teams.
• Prioritizing feature development and technical initiatives based on strategic goals, resource constraints, and market demand.
• Collaborating crossfunctionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
• Holding yourself and the team accountable for the technical success of the product, continually measuring performance against

- key metrics and objectives, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer needs and business goals.
Motivating and
- empowering engineering teams to achieve technical excellence,
- ensuring alignment with our overarching goals, and fostering leadership within the teams to manage software engineering and product development efforts effectively.

• Spearheading the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of toptier software engineering talent across various product domains.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in scale up SaaS companies
• Strong C#,.Net, SQL and ideally Azure skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills ideally managing

other Software Engineering or Product teams

• Startup background desirable (but not essential)
• Product Analytics background desirable (but not essential)

Compensation

• Strong Market Salary $$
• An additional 12 days of Fl0cation (annual leave)

Salary:
$140, $200,000.00 per year
