About the company
Our client is an established but growing brand in the real estate industry.

They are seeking for an administration / sales support person who will be a key support the team in ensuring that all day-to-day operations are managed smoothly and efficiently.


The Role - Responsibilities will include, but not limited to.

  • Providing sales team members with endtoend administration support to the sales team, including preparing marketing materials, vendor reports, presentations, and proofread documents.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns on behalf of sales team.
  • Providing exceptional customer service across all channels by responding to enquiries and accurately logging client and property data into the system.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure accurate data and reports are produced in line with the business operations.
  • Take part in meetings and training sessions.

Job Requirements

Essential

  • Strong administration skills
  • Wellpresented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and committed individual who can multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, punctual, and reliable.
  • Ability to manage sales campaigns.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in the property industry and or in administration or sales support roles.

The Perks
Salary range $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation (negotiable depending on experience)
