Job Description:
AECOM's People and Culture Team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team.
In addition to partnering with business leaders within key client groups, you will work as part of a core team of HR Specialists both regionally and nationally Reporting directly to the Queensland, People and Culture Lead, you will actively contribute to the development of our Australia New Zealand (ANZ) HR Strategy and will support and assist the effective implementation of our Global and Regional HR Strategies.

- Building the people management capabilities of our leaders
- Facilitating and supporting change management
- Leading and supporting HR projects
- Working with managers to improve our employee experience.
Qualifications:
About You
You will have knowledge and experience managing and consulting on a broad range of HR issues, including performance management, facilitation, talent, workforce planning and change management.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Business/Commerce majoring in Human Resources, or similar)
- 4+ years' experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment.
