CatholicCare Victoria Housing (CCVH) currently functions with a small but growing team with the use of external advisors and consultants.

It also has a dedicated Board of independent Directors with relevant experience.


The Board have forecast an exciting growth journey for the organisation with plans to triple in size within the next 12-18 months and will continue a growth trajectory for the next 3-5 years.

Working as an Executive Assistant you will report directly to the CEO CatholicCare Victoria Housing providing support.


Specifically, the position is responsible for:

  • assisting with tender preparation and reporting requirements
- providing high level administrative support to the CEO and other staff
- organising meetings and program functions.


To be considered for this position, applicants require:

  • demonstrated experience in an advanced administrative role
- excellent organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and manage a varied workload in a busy environment
- experience in project and/or program administrative functions
- experience in the organisation and preparation of meetings including preparing agendas, minute taking and actioning items.
