Description

This role is located within Arts Property and Facilities (APAF), Arts Queensland and will be focused on the coordination and delivery of various capital works projects at the Queensland Cultural Centre (QCC) including initial planning, design including design review, and construction within a legislative and contractual framework.

As a Principal Project Coordinator, you will ensure completion in accordance with required timeframes, cost, quality and service standards and work directly with clients, service providers, contractors and consultants, to oversee the projects from the planning and pre-design phase to practical completion in accordance with client and statutory requirements.

The role will also be responsible for associated activities and tasks (i.e. financial, administrative) as part of Arts Queensland's approved Critical Infrastructure program of works.

Multiple fixed term temporary vacancies from 12 months to 4 years

Applications will remain current for a period of 12 months.
