Cleaning Services Award Level - Mascot Location

We are an international Facilities Management organisation looking for an Experienced Leading Hand Cleaner for a site located in Mascot (near Sydney Airport).

The ideal applicant will be well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own.

They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard.

Position available:

1x FT Monday & Tuesday 3pm11pm, Wed & Thurs RDO, Fri, Sat & Sun 3pm11pm

Daily duties will include but not be limited to

Supervising a team of cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed and provide ongoing training and development.
Performing regular inspections to ensure work is delivered at the highest standard.
Promoting and monitoring safe work practices.
Occasionally conducting cleaning duties to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitoring and responding to additional work requirements and Periodical task.
Routine repair work and/or building maintenance (of a nontrade nature) in or about the client site.
Carpet Cleaning.
Good knowledge about cleaning machineries.
Toilets and wet areas are maintained to be clean and hazard free.
Hard floors are maintained to a high standard and are hazard free.
Soft floors are vacuumed, and "spot" cleaned to remove gum and stains and are hazard free.
Remove rubbish daily and transfer to bulk bin receptacle, ensuring that all.
All chemical and stock orders are monitored and maintained to ensure efficient workflow.
