About your new role:


Reporting directly to the General Manager Home Care you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team delivering care and services to customers living in Perth South Metro pocket.

This involves accountability for the overall performance of the three regional Hubs including (but not limited to) financial, legislative, and quality compliance and key result areas.


The holistic delivery of services for customers has an emphasis placed on person-centred care, enhancing the individual's quality of life.

Maintaining the customer's personal identity, treating them always with respect and dignity.

Understanding the needs and preferences of the customer and ensuring to consider this when conducting assessments and planning care and services.


Duties:


  • Lead and engage a multidisciplined team, guided by Baptistcare's values
  • Togetherness, Respect, Accountability, Caring, and Integrity.
  • Develop and manage the budget of your portfolio and ensure team compliance with key performance indicators and continuous improvement activities.
  • Monitor and maintain the emphasis on personcentered care and consideration of the quality of life through their Hub's service provision.
  • Contribute as an active member of the Senior Leadership team, participating in the development and implementation of annual and strategic business plans, as well as managing risk and quality outcomes within their Hub.

Skills and Experience:


  • Degree qualified across clinical and/or business disciplines
  • Knowledge of financial processes and guidelines related to individual funding and budgets
  • Demonstrated experience in leading medium sized teams
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Uptodate Influenza & Covid19 Vaccinations
  • Willingness to undergo a preemployment medical
  • Valid Australian driver's licence (car)
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the state on a regular basis
