About the role:

As a member of the busy and helpful Transformation Communications Team, the Principal Advisor Communications will:

  • Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders across QCS to develop, oversee and deliver consistent, accurate and timely internal change communication strategies and activities that advance the delivery of QCS' reform agenda
  • Quickly and accurately distil complex or sensitive information into plain English content and clever graphics for a range of channels
  • Alternate seamlessly between strategy development and practical execution.

About you:


To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Demonstrated success in a senior communications role, including supporting and mentoring colleagues. High level skills in both planning and implementing change and internal communication activities. Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to write quickly and accurately. High level skills in MS Office, and the ability to distil complex information to create meaningful content and graphics for a range of channels. The ability to be proactive, manage competing and/or changing priorities and take initiative to solve or escalate issues. An understanding of the elements of project management including contemporary change management and communication. The ability to build and maintain productive and collaborative relationships and work both autonomously and within a highly collaborative environment.

- $118,198 - $126,567 per annum
