About the Role

A permanent opportunity for an experienced Field Services Technician with prior mining or defence experience to join a team based in Newcastle.

You will be responsible for attending client mine sites to ensure the smooth running of our mining technology, installing, repairing, configuring and commissioning equipment, as well as identifying issues and resolutions as per client operational requirements.

This role will require 70% travel to client sites, with the other 30% worked from a workshop in Newcastle.
Key Criteria

  • Prior Field Services role
  • Trade certificate in Electronics/ Industrial Electronics/ Communications
  • Exposure to Mining industry sites and equipment
  • Experienced with electronics/electrical repair
  • Proven experience with diagnosing issues and troubleshooting electronics
  • Working knowledge of mechanical equipment
  • Minimum basic knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure
  • Current and unrestricted AU work rights
