Exciting chance to join a fast-growing and innovative medical technology company, Field Service Technician role includes the servicing of installations of pendant and digital distribution systems and other accessories to customers in the healthcare industry.

The primary role is to service and support customers in Sydney and surrounding areas of New South Wales.

The role will entail;

Working with hospital installed pendant and digital distribution systems.
Delivering ontime service and fault rectification.
Developing innovative solutions to reduce field failure rates.
Indepth reporting of works concluded and making recommendations to reduce field failure rates.
Tracking against KPIs

It is also intended when time permits that the role will include time within the projects division working on active installation projects throughout Australia and New Zealand during the installation of but not limited to, AirFrame, operating lights, medical pendants, video integration systems and any other products offered.

Qualifications:

23 years' experience in a service technician role
Mechatronics Engineer or Licensed Electrician preferred

Customer facing service
Low voltage equipment
Low volume hydraulic equipment
Digital control systems
Digital recording systems
PC based systems
Computer and logic programming
Mechanical systems

Required qualities

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyse and rectify faults on mechanical and digital field systems.
Professional approach
Excellent attention to detail
Critical and analytical thinking
