Description

Due to the increasing growth in the sector, we are looking for an A1/A2 accredited certifier to join our small team.

Ideally applicants will have experience issuing Complying Development Certificates, Construction Certificates, Occupation Certificates and carrying out mandatory inspections.

The applicant is required to be enthusiastic, be goal driven, have sound technical knowledge and possess great customer service skills.

ABOUT YOU
Minimum A2 accreditation
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Organized and self-motivated
Professional in both presentation and conduct
Ability to use a range of technology (iPads, Computers, Smart Phones)
Sound understanding of building industry codes, regulations and legislative requirements
A willingness to participate in personal development opportunities
Practical experience in completing onsite inspections
Current licence
A great work ethic


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
$100, $150,000.00 per year
