The ClientIndependent statutory body who investigates crime and corruption in Queensland.
The Role
As a Property Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and preserving the integrity of seized material acquired through the exercise of formal powers or voluntarily provided, assisting the operational staff in the secure management of material, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.
Organising of regular internal audits of acquired material, property receipt books and reporting on non compliance with relevant property procedures;
Managing records of acquired materials, property and registers in relation to the status of these;
Organising the disposal/return of external material acquired by the department; and
Registering all material seized and lodged by the department.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
Experience within a similar position is essential;
Previous experience or the ability to pick up quickly, electronic document and records management systems (eDRMS) in particular Content Manager; and
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
What's on Offer
3 month contract;
Commence late August 2023;
$44.49-$49.37 p/hour + Super; and
Brisbane city/Monday to Friday 830am - 430pm
