Responsibilities:

• Provide highquality support and care to participants with complex needs.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Implement individualized care plans and support goals, ensuring the wellbeing and independence of participants.
• Foster a positive and empowering environment that promotes inclusion and social engagement.

Requirements:

• 5 years of industry experience or Cert III in Individual Support.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance.
