Young Minds Academy is looking for a confident and passionate Area Manager to work between our services in Western Sydney and The Central Coast.

This role requires you to both travel to four of our services in NSW as well as work from head office.

This role is suitable for someone who is:

- confident in their understanding of the laws and regulations
- self-motivated and passionate about this industry and is looking for continual growth
- experienced in a role as a director (minimum of 2 years)
- enjoys travelling

Role Description


You will be required to:
- work with the centre directors to ensure compliance
- provide support and guidance to Director/ Nominated Supervisor(s) to ensure children are protected from harm and hazard
- lead, guide and mentor the Director/ Nominator Supervisor(s) to a high standard of compliance by implementing our procedures and policies
- promote a healthy team environment and develop positive channels of communication to foster a cohesive team environment where Director/ Nominated Supervisor(s) feel supported and valued
- participate in ongoing professional development and training programs and support staff to undertake further professional development in conjunction with the Educational Leader(s)
- provide feedback to Director/ Nominated Supervisor(s) regarding their conduct and work practices whilst creating a supportive workplace environment
- implement the service's Performance Management procedures, as required, to develop a continuous process of planning, mentoring and reviewing performance for Directors/ Nominated Supervisor(s)
- collaborate with the Approved Provider in addressing areas of concerns and ensuring the continual improvement of the services
- lead and support the Director/ Nominated Supervisor(s) to create a safe, supportive and informative environment for families

To be able to complete this role you will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, etag and laptop.

$80, $100,000.00 per year
