About the role
Are you looking to develop your skills and gain experience in the recruitment space? If yes, we would love you to join the ATSICHS Brisbane People and Culture Team in this fixed term contract full time Recruitment Officer role.
Partnering with hiring managers you will enjoy end to end recruitment in a fast paced environment across a broad portfolio.
You will have the support of your fellow People and Culture Team members, who will guide and support you as you settle into the role.
DutiesCo-ordinate and participate in the end to end recruitment process.
Advise hiring managers on the recruitment and selection process.
Develop and post engaging job advertisements.
Conduct telephone screening, interviews, reference checks.
Onboarding activities.

Benefits:
Annual salary starts at $62,064, salary depends on qualifications and experience. Including the benefits of salary packaging the salary is equivalent to $70,439.

Skills and Experiences:
Essential:
Minimum two years' administration experience
Minimum certificate III in Business Administration or related
Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander societies and their cultures, and a general understanding of the issues that are affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in contemporary Australian society.
Strong administration skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply
National Police Check
Drivers Licence
