A day in the life of a Store Manager at H&M

  • Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Promoting our Hello Member program to drive engagement, creating meaningful relationships and providing customer insight
  • Collaborate with your leadership team to drive Sales and Profit KPI's by taking innovative actions to maximise your results.
  • Recruit, train and develop your people, planning growth for everyone in your team
  • Coach your store Visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience
  • Actively promoting our sustainability vision to both your team and customers

To succeed in the role, you should be goal-oriented, committed, and an inspiring leader motivated by developing people and creating a winning team.


  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks based on the needs of our fastpaced business
  • The ability to analyse figures and formulate plans to maximise sales
  • The motivation to drive ambitions and reach business & personal goals
  • Previous leadership experience with proven sales success & team development (Ideally 23 year)
