As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented UAT Test Lead with Super Transitions experience to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview
***This role will also be responsible for helping to build out processes/procedures, leading a small team as well as being client facing and having to have difficult conversations with tricky clients/stakeholders. We need someone with a strong personality, a self-starter with exceptional communication skills who can liaise with clients directly while offering a high-level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for superannuation transitions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases tailored to superannuation transitions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define test objectives, and validate business processes.
Execute test cases, identify defects, and manage defect resolution processes.
Provide leadership and guidance to testing teams, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks.
Contribute to postimplementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to optimize future transition processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UAT Test Lead with a focus on superannuation transitions.
Strong understanding of superannuation systems, processes, and regulations.
Proficiency in developing test strategies, plans, and test cases.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Detailoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality testing outcomes.
Experience working within an agile environment is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB are advantageous.
