JLL has been appointed to be the property manager of North Sydney's newest and most impressive commercial and retail precincts.

With completion anticipated in 2024 and preliminary construction underway, we're commencing the search for an experienced Property Services Supervisor.


The target start date of the role is October in a part-time capacity (2.5 days per week) to increase to full time in Jan 2025.

Our team is highly experienced and will draw on the full support of JLL's national, regional and international network.


The Property Services Supervisor will report to our Engineering Services Manager and be responsible for assisting with the pre and post PC set up and then the day to day management of all operational aspects of the property.

A snapshot of the day-to-day duties.
Establish and maintain a sound professional relationship with our client

Ensure certification is obtained from relevant contractors and consultants for all essential services and the timely preparation of the annual Fire Safety Statement and/or other relevant documentation

Be actively involved in the preparation of tender and contract documentation, including obtaining tender pricing for all works and services on the property

Implementation and maintenance of fire and essential services, public liability and other safety and environmental initiatives

Assisting the ESM to prepare annual property operations and capital works budgets and monitoring/ updating these as required

Sustainability management and reporting. Reviewing agreed environmental sustainability performance parameter data for the property, reporting back to the client and relevant stakeholders

Implementation and maintenance of the JLL computerised Planned Preventative Maintenance, TSR and Work Order Systems and other information databases

Undertake periodic inspections of the building and plant to determine the extent, priority and criticality of any works required


Experience:

You have managed the operations of commercial & retail assets before and absolutely thrive working with a variety of stakeholders.


Team orientated:

You love working in a team environment as well as autonomously and are positive and tenacious in your daily approach.


Superb interpersonal skills:
Customer service is your key priority, and you can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.


An eye for detail:
Having the ability to be proactive and able to identify potential risks through compliance with OH&S is essential.

You keep on top of things and can also oversee budgets, cut operational costs, and incur savings during the process.
