Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, accounting, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Duration:
This is a temporary position expected to last for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Collections Support:
- Maintain accurate records of communication and payment status for each customer account.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and provide necessary documentation.

Invoice Management:
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
- Verify the accuracy of invoice information, including pricing, terms, and discounts.
- Address customer inquiries related to invoices and provide necessary clarifications.
- Reconcile discrepancies between payments received and outstanding invoices.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate recording and allocation of payments.
3.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist in preparing regular reports related to accounts receivable, collections status, and aging of outstanding balances.
- Analyze data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide insights to management to aid decisionmaking and strategy development.
4.
Business Support Tasks:
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to the finance and accounting functions.
- Support the preparation of financial documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
