- Minimum 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Management
- Experience in PeopleSoft customization and development using PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, and PeopleCode
- Good understanding of integration points between PeopleSoft modules and third-party applications
- Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades and patches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- PeopleSoft certification is highly desirable
