Key Responsibilities:


  • Performing the role as PeopleSoft CRM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
  • Work closely with the developers and business including facilitation of workshops to gather and define business and functional requirements, epics, user stories and PBIs
  • Responsible for eliciting and documenting detailed business, technical/functional specifications, developing process maps, change impact analysis and preparation of training documentation
  • Liaising with vendors, architects and developers, mapping out the system & process functionality for overall solution options/design
  • Have significant FA and QA testing experience, and significant onsite clientfacing experience
  • Must have demonstrated previous experience writing business requirements documentation and functional specifications including functional design through user stories, wireframes, screen mock ups etc.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry qualifications.
  • 10+ years of experience in working in the Information Technology industry for medium to large environment.
  • Experience and knowledge in PeopleSoft CRM and has the ability to gather systems and business requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in software development life cycle
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
