Position Summary:

A Techno Managerial Role to ensure seemless end to end delivery, requirements to hypercare, of all integration deliveries for a global Life Sceinces Client both in a Factory Model as well as regular program/project management in both standard or agile life cycle implementaitons.

Mandatory Skills:

Have handson experience of any integration tools; preferably Boomi
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Strong ability to facilitate collaboration among senior technical team members and senior business leaders
Should have good exposure to costing and estimation models
Should have strong interpersonal coordination and communication skills
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problemsolving and conflictresolution ability
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks like SAFe is a plus
Scrum master certification from or SAFe is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work as single point of contact to the customer for integration projects comprising various integration technologies
Understand integration requirement from the customer and take responsibility to deliver projects on time by collaborating with stakeholders
Work closely with customer Architecture teams on establishing guidelines for security, data integrity, data quality, response times, throughput, load balancing, failover procedures, monitoring, administration, change management, and DevOps implementation in collaboration with Solution Architecture
For a project, review the Solution Architecture Document and other Project Documents required for Integration Delivery
Manages service risks, issues, and proactively starts mitigation actions
Ensures proper status reporting and stakeholder communication
Coresponsible for project budget management (together with the Business Project Manager) and demand management
Ensures team members are working as a cohesive work group rather than a collection of individuals (internal vs. external)
Plan and prioritize deliverables across projects and teams
Should help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
Drive innovation around new development with updated product functionalities, define best practices for development & deployments
Align regularly with product owner to ensure backlog is always sorted as per priority
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Ensure project deliverables are not impeded or running behind schedule
Facilitate and nurture team members to deliver to the best of their ability
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
Work with product owners to prioritize backlogs and handle new requests
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily standups
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur within the team or with external factors
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it

Salary Range:
>$100,000
