The Service Alerts Optimiser is responsible for on the day jeopardy management of customer appointment work orders in technician schedules.

Telco experience not required, great communication & Microsoft office skills are required with a positive attitude & good availability.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Key responsibilities of the OTD Alerts Officer will be monitoring high priority work orders to ensure Appointment, SLA, Regulatory and MPA Customer appointments are met within agreed timeframes and ensuring the intraday schedule is managed to completion while keeping key stakeholders informed of any risks.
  • The role requires strong knowledge of planning, scheduling and dispatch services and will need to proactively highlight risks to the business and act where able or escalate appropriately. A good understanding of the Telco network and knowledge of service activation and service assurance for Schedule & Dispatch will be beneficial.
  • OTD Alerts Officer will utilise detailed analysis of local geography, technician efficiency and skills to allocate tasks where manual assignment is required based on business priorities.
  • OTD Alerts Officer must have strong multitasking capabilities to manage high priority (TIO, CEO, RSP) escalations as a central point of contact for the WOC.
  • This role requires strong customer management skills but would also require a good understanding of workflow practices and systems, it also includes the responsibility of monitoring high priority work orders to ensure Appointment, SLA, Regulatory, MPA and Critical Sit Customers are met within agreed timeframes.
**Part timers needs to be working in Day Shifts (7-3,9-5 and 11-7)
