THE OPPORTUNITY


The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering a diverse range of property and facilities services to a cluster of TAFE NSW sites through an in-house facilities team and a range of contracted services providers, ensuring high standards of performance, customer service, safety, administration and compliance in line with the facilities management operational plan and service delivery model.

The Facilities Coordinator also provides support for broader regional facilities and asset management programs and initiatives to meet operational and service delivery objectives.


ABOUT YOU


You will have qualifications within a relevant discipline and/or equivalent skills, knowledge or experience; including operational support, facilities management, repairs and maintenance work.


You will have high level organisational skills and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and similar software, in particular Excel.
