As a Project Administrator, you will be supporting the Project Managers and Operations Managers to coordinate and monitor project activities, its administrations, plans, and programs.
Role responsibilities:
- Provide high level project support to the project team
- Prepare meetings and take minutes
- Assist with the developed project plans, documents, and resource strategies
- Maintain files, records and reports
- Collate and distribute reports and correspondence
- Arrange travel and accommodation for project resources
- Process invoices, prepare requisitions, goods receipts and raise purchase orders
- Assist HSE and Quality teams when required
- General administration and ordering of stationery and staff amenities
- Required to operate in an office and a field based environment pending project requirements
- Understand the compliance needs with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices
About you:
- Minimum of 3 years' of Project Administration experience
- Previous exposure to power, energy or utilities industry is highly preferred
- Qualifications in Project Management is highly desirable
- Previous experience with
Pronto software - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and organisation
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
- Understanding of WHS requirements and Quality assurance
- Flexibility to meet changing project demands and requirements
