We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a Property Analyst to join us in Melbourne. You will join a dynamic team with a focus on culture, excellence, and a bias to action.

The role

The role of Property Analyst will provide broad exposure across our real estate advisory and investments business including real estate capital transactions, investment management and development.

The role provides a broad range of responsibilities and opportunities including:

Preparing detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
Running feasibilities and financial models for new investment opportunities.
Conduct research and analysis of various asset sectors and market trends and produce succinct reports/ presentations to support the proposed investment or development.
Prepare reports and presentations to support business development initiatives including pitches to capital providers and other clients.
Be degree qualified.
Have 14 years of experience in the property or finance sector.
Possess strong analytical and research skills.
Be able to demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Argus and Estate Master or similar financial modelling programs looked upon favourably.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
