Description
On behalf of our client, NDT Instruments Pty Ltd, we are looking for a
Sales Manager.


We are looking for an individual who can join us on our growth journey and In-charge of Australia and New Zealand markets for Portable and System business.

The ultimate goal for us is to provide a pleasing experience for our customers with us. We believe that satisfied customers are vital to our business. It is our goal not only to satisfy but exceed our customer's expectation.


What you'll do:


  • Handling of sales enquiries, preparation, and followup of quotations.
  • Perform Contract Review to ensure customer's order requirements are clearly understood and able to be met by the Company.
  • Service and maintain rapport with existing customers and prospecting for new customers.
  • Develop mutually beneficial working relationship with suppliers. Submissions of periodic sales and marketing report to major suppliers.
  • Input and feedback to Managing Director regarding market trends, customer feedback and competitor's activities for business planning.
  • Analyze and identify market needs, forecast future trends and develop goals / objectives in order to increase market share and product/brand awareness to achieve sales and gross margin targets.
  • Participate in annual sales forecast and budget planning.
  • Periodic forecasting and inventory planning for consumables
  • Responsible for developing reseller network depending on the need and preparation of standard price lists, resale discounts etc. in line with Company's pricing policy.
  • Assist Accounts Section with collection of outstanding and delinquent payments.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by Managing Director.

About You

  • Bachelor degree or higher qualification obtained: Engineering
  • Instrumentation, Master of Business Administration MBA)
  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills & critical thinking
  • Desire for continuous selfimprovement
  • Thinking and leading strategically
  • Invested and motivated by team and client success
  • Strong attention to details

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Perth, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • Australia (preferred)
