We are looking for a team member to join the Transport Division in our Wetherill Park Office.

Don Watson Transport is family owned and is one of Australia's leading refrigerated logistics companies offering a diverse range of transport and refrigerated storage solutions.

This is a permanent full-time position with an early start time of 4am giving you a substantial amount of free daylight hours to pursue your other passions and interests.

Main tasks include;

Assisting the Senior Allocator
Organising local deliveries into runs
Allocating local fleet and drivers
Meeting timeslots to hit KPI's
Ensuring all deliveries are completed in a timely manner
Ensure all paperwork for deliveries are complete
Communicating to drivers and other divisions of the business
Reporting KPI's

What we need is someone to demonstrate the following criteria;

Has worked in a similar role within the transport industry
Strong knowledge of Sydney Metropolitan region would be highly regarded
Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently with mínimal supervision
Willingness to learn new tasks
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel & Word)
Strong attention to detail
Good organisational and time management skills
Have confidence talking to people face to face
Being highly selfmotivated, reliable, and enthusiastic
Happy to work weekends (_approx. 1 weekend per month paid as Overtime_)
