The Role

Reporting to the SA & NT Operations Manager and based at our Wingfield, SA site, you will be a key member of our inclusive and diverse Specialties team.

You will thrive in this fast-paced environment whereby you will be the main point of contact to our customers for the progress of orders within Specialties.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Processing, monitoring and following up of orders etc. utilizing our internal systems
Manage customer and prospective customer queries and questions
Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure timely response
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Update customer details such as price increases, contact details etc.

What you can bring to the role:

Solid prior Internal Sales/ Customer Service experience within the manufacturing environment or similar industry would be beneficial although no required.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
Technically savvy with Logistics EPR systems knowledge (Navigator, U-TRXX), SAP/ CRM experience
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders and customers
Be a real team player and an organized individual who stays calm under pressure
