As a Team Leader, you will maintain a front line management role and will be responsible for leading and supporting your team of disability support workers towards our mutual goal of supporting our clients' in the best way possible.

Experience in a leadership role, managing time, planning and organizing work schedules and demonstrating initiative when working without direct supervision
A passion and solid experience (23 years) working with and supporting a range of people with a disability and an understanding of their complex needs
Excellent communication, organisation, presentation and leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop these skills in others
High levels of enthusiasm, initiative and a positive attitude. Is reliable, team focused and committed to achieving excellence in the community service sector
Can facilitate the development of person centred plans
Experience in Stakeholder management
Familiarity with NDIS, Restrictive practices & reportable incidents.
Experience in managing Clients with Complex behaviour
