OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and team orientated Associate to join our Brisbane office. The role will see you directly working with the Principal Lawyer.

Responsibilities include:

Banking and finance work acting for nonbank lenders in both traditional loan structures but also more complex debt and equity structures and multijurisdictional matters.
The full range of general commercial /corporate advisory work including entity establishment, structuring advice, preparing tailored Constitutions, Shareholder Agreements and Trust Deeds.
Drafting, reviewing and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements including distribution and supply agreements, T+Cs and similar.

ABOUT YOU

You will naturally treat our clients as individuals with unique needs and will be adept at building and developing your client base as well as working with our existing clients and referral network.

In addition, you have:

Strong experience in general commercial and transactional work
4+ years PQE
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven research skills
Good analytical skills and big picture / lateral thinking ability
Exceptional organisational skills

The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check.
