Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of a SIL house, including rostering, staff supervision and training, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, NDIS standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement individual support plans and behaviour support plans for clients with input from the SIL Manager, NDIS Support Coordinators and other relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate client progress and ensure the delivery of highquality services and supports, consistent with NDIS goals and outcomes.
Ensure the provision of culturally appropriate and sensitive services to clients, with a focus on their individual needs and preferences.
Manage client incidents and complaints in accordance with the company's incident reporting and management policies and procedures.
Liaise with clients, their families, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure that the services and supports provided meet their needs and expectations.
Promote the company's values and philosophy in all interactions with clients, staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in the disability sector, preferably in a SIL or group home environment.
Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards, and experience in implementing and monitoring quality systems and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients, staff and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.
Sound understanding of the principles of personcentred support and a commitment to promoting the rights, dignity and autonomy of clients.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands effectively.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
