About the Role:
- Support and coach the store team on a day to day basis
- Provide outstanding service at all times
- Train and develop your team in sales and service
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Excel in store visual standards and presentation
- Take on full ownership of the store 2 days a week
What you will Bring:
- Management or Supervisor experience in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability in customer engagement
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- High level of personal presentation
- Experienced in high stock levels
