Working From Home/Office Balance

This is a flexible working from home/office role where the employee can work for up to 2 days a week from home.

During the first 3 induction weeks however, we expect the employee to work from the office every day.

About The Role

This role is ideal for a professional who has passion for creating learning content using world-class platforms, and for educating clients on best practice to customise and use a software product.

You need to become an expert at our HRIS platform and liaise with everyone in our company in order to build best-in-breed content on how to adopt our platform.

In addition to creating self-learning content, you will create and deliver webinars with users to educate them about the platform and show them best-practice of customising and using our platform.

Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:

Base Salary:between $75K and $100K/year depending on experience

Base Salary + Bonuses (OTE): $100K and $150K/Year.

Share Options: Share options offered as a sign-up bonus

Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year


To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have a University degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Journalism, PR, Media, or something equivalent
  • Have a minimum a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Have a passion for selflearning content and software
  • Have a passion for delivering effective training Webinars
  • Be super motivated and driven
  • Be extremely professional
  • Have strong communication skills

It's advantageous if you have experience in:

  • Webinar hosting
  • Presentation skills and experience
  • Influencer Marketing
  • E-Learning software experience
