Job brief

We are looking for a Brand Designer & Illustrator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing visual concepts and designs that align with our brand's identity and meet the needs of our clients and marketing teams.

You will create artwork, such as logos, packaging, and promotional materials, using computer software or by hand.

You will also collaborate with clients and marketing teams to ensure that your designs accurately reflect our brand's desired image and messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Developing visual concepts and designs that align with a brand's identity and meet the needs of clients and marketing teams
• Creating artwork, such as logos, packaging, and promotional materials, using computer software or by hand
• Collaborating with clients and marketing teams to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand's desired image and messaging
• Researching current design trends and staying uptodate on new technologies and techniques
• Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders for review and feedback
• Making revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Providing support and guidance to junior designers or assistants on the team
• Participating in team meetings and providing input on designrelated topics and projects

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 23 years of experience in a brand design or illustration role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and illustration styles and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative problemsolving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, but not required
