Fixed Term Contract - 5 months

  • Chullora Site based


We have an opportunity for a Site Administration Assistant based at our Chullora bakery to provide high level administrative support to the Chullora leadership team, with a focus on key areas such as site communications, accounts, invoicing, events and meetings organisation, special projects and other administrative duties as required, with the aim to ensure the smooth running of the site.

This is a fixed term contract for 5 months.
Purpose of the Role

  • Support the leadership team with production and coordination of site communications as required, using a range of diverse mediums
  • Support P&P, QA and HSE teams with relevant site communications
  • Organise/coordinate meetings, events, conferences or training as required
  • Coordinate site visits for key internal and external site visitors
  • Attend all key site meetings and take minutes as required
  • Provide support in the administration of SAP transactions such as raising purchase orders, good receipting and processing of invoices
  • Manage stationery/office supplies
  • Ensure that kitchen is always stocked with relevant consumables and supplies
  • Answer phones in a professional and timely manner and redirect/take messages
  • Ad hoc duties ad required
About You

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
  • Detailoriented
  • Organisation skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexible, proactive and takes initiative
  • Competence in computing skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience using SAP, Alcatel and Lotus Notes (preferable)
  • Ability to manage self and deliver results in full and on time
  • Superior customer service orientation (internal and external)
  • Proven discretion and confidentiality
