Duty manager/Supervisor Role:

Ability to lead and motivate the team to ensure that the customer experience is above expectations
Thrive in a fast paced environment and can work independantly to get the job done.
Experience in a customer service role
Experience in a retail environment
Enjoy working with people
Excellent presentation
Flexibility to work around a 7 day/night roster.
Most shifts are evenings and weekends.
