Broker Assistant Full-time Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following tasks: Assisting brokers in various aspects of their daily tasks, including but not limited to:

• Pre-assessment
• Preparation work before loans enter the credit team.
• Efficient and effective communication, collecting loan information and documents in the shortest time possible, and preparing submission work.
• Actively and comprehensively communicating with the credit team to ensure no omission of client information and to ensure the quality of loan submissions.
• Updating clients on loan status in a timely manner.
• Customer service addressing customer needs before, during, and after the loan process.
• Keeping workflow constantly updated in realtime.
• Collaborating with the credit team to ensure compliance.
• Working closely with brokers, agents, and other staff to achieve team goals and objectives

Qualifications:

If you meet the following requirements, we sincerely welcome your joining:

• One year or more of experience as a broker assistant and customer servicer.
• Excellent English communication skills, capable of fluent communication with bank credit teams, solicitors, and accountants.
• Demonstrated serviceoriented mindset, with polite and efficient communication aimed at solving customer problems.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate within the team.
• Resilience, able to maintain an optimistic and positive attitude and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with bank training and training teams effectively.
