POSITION

Responsibilities include and not limited to:

  • Facilitating new client onboarding processes
  • Maintaining and monitoring of workflow with a focus on continued improvement
  • Preparing and formatting written communications
  • Website and software support and administration
  • Maintenance of HR systems and processes
  • Developing systems and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the business
  • Providing varied administrative support to the team

CANDIDATE

  • 2+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
  • Experience with all facets of public practice administration
  • Client relationship management skills
  • An interest in business development and marketing and a desire to continually improve and add value
  • Able to work in an autonomous role and still be part of the team
  • Strong sense of initiative
  • Experience in developing new operational strategies and plans
  • Proven ability to analyse processes and ensure continuous improvement
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality management
