Looking for Casual Assistant to work on a casual basis and on call

Inspirational Early Childhood Assistant Educator Qualities:

Understanding children and their needs
must have knowledge of early childhood development
Experience in working with children and demonstrate responsive practices that meet children's individual needs & routines.
Emphasis on creating and maintaining learning environments for children which are physically safe yet promote a challenge to support wellbeing and development.
Help and Assist Lead Educator in planning and implementing wellstructured, ageappropriate learning goals and programs that engage and provoke children's learning
Selfmotivated to engage in professional learning opportunities to improve practice
Experience in working collaboratively with a team to strive towards excellence
Meet professional ethics and conduct responsibilities
Establish and maintain respectful collaborative partnerships with families

You would bring the following:

Hold an Certificate 3 in early childhood Education qualification or higher OR STUDYING cert
Extraordinary relationship skills exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Current Working with Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, Child Protection & Food Safety certifications
