Job Description:

This role is a maternity leave cover fixed term contract through until December 2023.

The key responsibilities of this role include the following:

  • Provide an incredible Customer Experience
  • Effectively educate, guide and train customers to equipment control best practice
  • Work with the Accounts Owners to build Support plans
  • Present recommendations and deliver creative solutions
  • Manage, lead, and support Strategic initiatives
  • Deliver Asset support by conducting regular and planned site visits within the region
  • Contribute to the equipment pool integrity
  • Adaptable, personable, and collaborative with exceptional active listing skills
  • Driven, resilient, supportive and operate seamlessly within a team environment
  • Wellorganised and excellent at managing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and problemsolving ability
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in operational equipment control is highly desirable
Preferred Education

Qualified Professional and Equivalent. Basic (3 years) - Logistics Management

Preferred Level of Work Experience

  • 5 years
