This is a permanent full time role, working shifts across open hours of 5.30am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

This position will cover both our Birtinya and Caloundra locations.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
Make radiology exam bookings
General Clerical Duties
Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
