Junior Host Manager/Property -Mandarin speaker

Salary:
$60,000 -$80,000 per annum


Requirements:


  • Prior experience in property management is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and problemsolving attitude.

Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties.

  • Arrange property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair work.
  • Assist in tenant acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Handle administrative duties related to property management.
